Customer Support Agent with Italian and Spanish

Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

  • Providing support for customers on the hotline.
  • Resolving customer's complaints.
  • Ensuring and providing quality service to internal and external customers.
  • Assisting customers with the order process and provide the most current shipping status on existing orders.

What You Need to Succeed

  • Fluency in Italian and Spanish.
  • Experience in customer support and communication via phone.
  • Problem solving skills and quality focus. 
  • Good knowledge of English. 
  • SAP knowledge would be an asset.
