Digital Marketing Specialist (Video/Webinar Producer)

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will work on a variety of projects digital-related projects supporting Mettler-Toledo Process Analytics' marketing and customer engagement strategies.  The role will support 2 related business units (THORNTON and PRO-US) both based at our Billerica, MA location. You will significantly improve Marketing's contribution to our US & global business success by leveraging your digital marketing knowledge and multimedia skills supporting engaging digital content creation.  You collaborate with other teams including content creators, product managers, marketing managers and executives to maximize our eStudio effectiveness and utilization across the organization.  The Digital Marketing Specialist orchestrates presenters and audio/video platforms to deliver customer-facing webinars and virtual trainings.   You additionally manage video and audio content and product marketing collateral projects from start to finish from ideation to storyboarding, filming/recording to editing, and collaborating on distribution plans to measuring performance.  This position reports into the Marketing organization but also directly supports the global business's MarCom Manager. .

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.     Primary operator of business unit's eStudio supporting engaging digital-media content creation.

2.     Manage production and production logistics producing high-quality video and audio content.  Manage the production process from end to end; scoping projects, scripting videos, filming, and post-production.

3.     Execute live webinars and video recordings using MS Live Events including technical troubleshooting and user assistance as needed during live events. Edit post production for on demand platform

4.     Analyze and report regularly on the success of the content you create and provide recommendations for improvement.

5.     Working closely with material owners, support and contribute to the creation and implementation of traditional marketing collateral focused on building brand and product awareness to achieve company objectives.

6.     Organize and manage trade show activities including research, scheduling, booth selection and contract negotiation

7.     Manage suppliers in the creation of sales & marketing aids

What You Need to Succeed

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Communications or other related discipline.
  • 2+ years of Industry experience a strong plus.
  • Ability to develop and execute marketing communication projects independently.
  • Ability to integrate digital communications into broader marketing programs.
Working knowledge of advanced graphic design techniques with the ability to stay on top of current design trends.
  • Good interpersonal skills and exceptional communication and writing skills.
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud with focus on Premiere Pro and Illustrator.
  • MS Teams / MS Live Events
