Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

Your role:

You will be responsible for helping the organization understand, shape and optimize its global skills and training portfolio by providing relevant data and analyses.

Your responsibilities:

  • Create training performance frameworks (entry and final tests) and assessments in collaboration with internal teams to analyze skill sets of our sales and service staff all over the world.
  • Use and master our LMS system (SumTotal), including data quality control. Future scope of work we'll expand the platform responsibility with the sale tool SET (Klick Ltd.).
  • Maintain and update assessment question bank in multiple languages.
  • Coordinate training assessments with market organizations all over the globe.
  • Analyze and model data into clear insights, reports and recommendations to the business units, trainers, line and top management.
  • Contribute to develop a test and learn discipline and environment to further improve our training and training tools efficiency.
  • Illustrate key business trends through effective data interpretation and visualization. Connect our training data to other data sources for further insights.
  • Automates reporting with Pivot, VBA and other tools. Automation as centric with own skills and or with help of 3rd party support. Can also perform searches from the Internet using Python and Open AI algorithms.
  • Establish and maintain accurate and robust senior management reporting and further develop our current KPI dashboard.
  • Support the global head of Skills Development & Training in spreading an innovative and data driven culture.

What You Need to Succeed

  • University degree in economics, quantitative methods, mathematics or similar,
  • Minimum 1 year experience in similar functions: Big data handling, data science,
  • Advanced practical knowledge of MS Excel (Pivot tables) and strong analytical skills,
  • Experience with database applications,
  • Practical knowledge of Excel VBA, BI, Python, MS-Sharepoint & SumTotal (LMS) will be a plus,
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as affinity in modern communication technology such as Microsoft Teams, Internet based tools, etc.,
  • Excellent knowledge of English, one additional language would be a strong advantage (German, Spanish, French, etc.),
  • Customer and team oriented focus,
  • Ability and willingness to work in multicultural environment,
  • Readiness to travel up to 10% (if the international situation permits).
