Service Process Harmonization Analyst

Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

  • Regularly review live SAP unit processes and identifying areas of improvement, areas to be harmonized or both.
  • Develop deep understanding of the Service template and the interactions between the service back office and the field technicians.
  • Define a way to easily illustrate those interactions and the associated challenges to all applicable stakeholders 
  • Maintaining high quality process maps that can be shared with other live units as 'best practice' to enable local implementation.
  • Preparing specific guidance on:
    -CSA Completion,
    -Technician Notes,
    -Synchronization guidelines (Inc. customer signature capture),
    -Spare parts ordering process.
  • Development of Change Management stories that help units understand the need for change and that help to speed up the subsequent adoption in unit.
  • Development of dashboards to track progress against project aims, that can be used to update GMC Level SteCo.

What You Need to Succeed

  • Experience in creating and/or maintaining process maps. 
  • Experience in process analyzing and taking part in process improvements.
  • Fluency in English. 
  • Project management skills. 
  • Very good analytical skills. 
  • Very good communication and presentation skills. 
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
  • Working knowledge of the Service Template in SAP would be an asset.
