Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

This role is based within the Product Management Team and provides direct support to the Development and Engineering team as well as indirect support to the Service Teams. In this role, you will prepare and manage a full range of technical documents including user and technical manuals. 

Your key accountabilities will be:
  • Prepare, review manage and approve product documentation in a variety of language for use across the world
  • Support the Product Management team with all aspects of technical documentation 
  • Further explore the use of productivity tools to improve time to market, customer usability and reduce cost of producing
  • Continually seek improvement opportunities
  • Investigate the compliance requirements for technical documentation and user manuals

What You Need to Succeed

  • Proven experience developing a range of technical publications across a range of media
  • Working knowledge of Content Management Systems
  • Application tools, experience of the following
    • XMetaL
    • CorelDraw
    • Microsoft Word, Acrobat Professional and Excel
  • Experience creating multi-lingual documentation across a range of media
  • Proven project documentation, product specification and technical writing skills
  • Be self motivated
  • Excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail
  • Passionate about quality documentation
