Back-Office Specialist with English

Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

The Sales Administration Specialist receives purchase orders directly from the end customer, enters these into SAP and sorts out all possible obstacles until the customer receives the ordered products.

Key tasks:
  • entering purchase orders into SAP,
  • ensuring database integrity,
  • sorting out order related queries and obstacles,
  • processing invoice corrections, returns etc.,
  • delivering customer service to end customers via email and phone,
  • being part of process improvement projects.

What You Need to Succeed

  • at least 1 year of professional experience,
  • very good knowledge of English (C1),
  • good MS Office skills,
  • strong focus on details and customer orientation,
  • understanding of complex business processes.
Nice to have:
  • knowledge of SAP
