Junior Delivery Lead / Junior Agile Project Manager

Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

Junior Delivery Lead / Junior Agile Project Manager role in our company is a combination of 2 areas: Agile Project Manager duties (including coaching team members on Agile methodologies through the transformation times), as well as supporting teams within technical aspects related to release and cutover management.
You will ensure the proper delivery of SAP implementation topics for specific template enhancement initiatives. You will be engaged in technical aspects of delivery (e.g. transport management, technical cutovers, etc). You will also be leading a scrum team and cooperating with the Product Owner to deliver quality deliverables of a high business value. Ultimately, you’ll help create a friendly, streamlined working environment for our product teams.

Your role:
  • Track project performance, specifically to ensure the successful completion of short and long-term project goals.
  • Communicate project status and risks to stakeholders and the leadership team on a regular basis.
  • Work with Product Managers and Product Owners to prioritize the Product backlog.
  • Ensure timely completion of high-quality and thoroughly documented deliverables.
  • Coordinate technical cut-over and post-Go-live activities.
  • Facilitate/participate in key Agile/SAFe events (PI Planning, scope refinement, retrospectives).
  • Remove impediments for the development team as they come up.
  • Help establish and improve project delivery processes within the company.  
  • Serve as an agile champion within the development team and ensures developers understand agile best practices.
  • Evolve agile and lean techniques through the practice of continuous improvement.
  • Above all else, foster a collaborative team environment driven to build great software while having fun.

What You Need to Succeed

  • At least 1 year of Project Management experience.
  • Knowledge and / or practical experience in Agile and / or SCRUM approach. 
  • Fluent English. 
  • Ability to easily communicate to different seniority levels. 
  • Commitment to achieving delivery targets. 
  • Attention to detail, shows initiative, and follows-through. 
  • Eligibility to work in Poland. 
Your additional assets: 
  • SAP implementation, transport management, and cutover experience. 
  • Practical knowledge of SAFe. CSM/PSM/CLP certification.
