Customer Advisor with Dutch

Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

We are looking for a self-motivated Customer Advisor who enjoys direct contact with customers and would like to develop his career being part of an international team where people work together to achieve strategic goals.

As a Customer Advisor, you will be responsible for contacting the company's existing or new customers from Belgium, the Netherlands, and the Luxemburg region in order to build lasting business relationships. You will be expected to research the purchase needs and generate high-quality leads for our sales teams. 

Your role:
  • Work closely together with the regional Sales & Marketing Teams, incl. regular alignment and briefing calls as well as onsite visits from time to time for better cross-boarder collaboration (BNL Region).
  • Independently execute campaigns that will be prepared and briefed by the specific regional campaign manager in your division.
  • Conduct outbound telemarketing phone calls to customers in the BNL Region.
  • Generate high-quality leads for our sales teams.
  • Qualify customer data in our CRM database.

What You Need to Succeed

  • Fluent Dutch is a must.
  • Proven experience in customer, sales, or marketing-related areas.
  • Professional, proactive, communicative, and customer-focused personality.
  • Results-driven and winning mentality: you are a “people person”.
  • A team player who also knows how to work independently.
Your additional assets: 
  • Knowledge of any CRM (preferably SAP),
  • Good knowledge of MS Office.
