您的工作职责

  • Responsible for the compensation programs management for all Non Commercial units as well as some Commercial units.
  • Annual Compensation Cycle Management: Lead and run annual compensation cycle, including but not limited to job evaluation, compensation benchmark, salary survey, salary structure review, merit increase, off-cycle special catch up, people cost budgeting and etc. Implement the cycle with innovative and creative practices to improve experience and satisfaction of internal customers.
  • Business Support: Interact with business and HRBP proactively to collect and understand business status and needs. Identify the potential compensation program opportunities. Design, align, implement and review the compensation solutions to support business development, especially for various incentive design and continuous optimization.
  • Digitalization: Drive compensation process digitalization and automation continuously.
  • Capability Building: Build compensation knowledge management system. Enhance Total Rewards capability for Business Managers and HR, and communicate Total Rewards in the organization in a proper way.
  • Eco-system: Keep long-term partnership with consulting firms and related vendors to build a healthy eco-system.

您的成功要素

  • Education
    • Bachelor of Science degree and above. Major in science and engineering is preferred.
  • Working years
    • 5+ years of compensation experience.
    • Team leader experience is preferred.
    • Experience of consulting firm or other HR modules is a plus.
  • Professional skill
    • High learning agility and business acumen.
    • Broad view on HR end-to-end process and impact, and balance between consistency and flexibility.
    • Dare to challenge the status quo, 'Can Do' attitude, good collaboration and very strong implementation.
    • Good data analysis and insights, change management knowledge and skills.
    • Good presentation and English skills.
    • Either agile performance management and incentive design, or Diversity Equal Pay experience is preferred.
