Early Career Program - Finance - 2024-2025

Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

The Early Career Program (ECP) is a rotational program that introduces college graduates to METTLER TOLEDO, a leading global manufacturing company.

As an ECP Financial Analyst, you’ll gain experience, tackle challenges, and expand your professional network and skill set while completing rotations across our core teams. You’ll gain an in-depth understanding of an array of corporate finance functions, such as Financial Reporting, Accounting, Global Pricing, and Internal Audit. You'll conduct pricing analyses, support month-end and year-end close, investigate customer profitability, conduct audits to test operational controls at off-site locations, and more.

As ECP approaches its 35th year, the program boasts a robust alumni network of leaders throughout the company engaged in coaching and mentoring current participants. Engagement opportunities include:
  • Joining a program committee
  • Quarterly presentations to leadership
  • Participating in on and off-site social and networking opportunities
  • Professional development seminars and community service events
  • Mentoring a summer intern
The selected candidate will start in January or June 2025, and will be required to relocate to the Columbus, OH area if not already local.
