- Responsible for representing the service solution to customers and at field events such as troubleshooting, repair, modification, calibration, verification, etc in accordance to standard MT SOW.
- Routine PM / Cal for all level equipment with the aim of promoting equipment uptime
- Carry out product Installation at customer’s site
- Attend to break-fix and customer technical issue
- Provide solution and recommendation to resolve customer’s pain point
- Attend to customers' technical inquiries and provide technical support to ensure customers' satisfaction
- Interact with customers’ technical teams
- Training and commissioning for MT instrument on/off site
- Liaison to SBU/Cross Departments for selected technical matters
- Trusted Advisor for MT’s product and services portfolio
- Update team manager and service scheduler on job status and follow up with customer on next course of action.
- Self Improvement initiatives : commitment to complete assessment and training plan within timeline.
- Off working hour standby is required due to SLA requirement.
- Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical & Electronics Engineering or related field
- 2-3 years working experience in a field Service environment
- Fresh grad is encouraged to apply
- Self-starter with a proactive approach
- Possess own transport and willing to travel
- Firsthand understanding of technical equipment
- Knowledge of Product inspection equipment will have added advantage.
- Annual leave: 16 days
- Medical: RM2,000 (outpatient), RM100,000 (inpatient)
