- Provide 1st and 2nd level technical support for Ohaus and MT Online dealers and end users in all technical aspects relating to our weighing and electro-chemistry products – repairs, trouble shooting, applications, documentation, and product information.
- Resolving product or service problems.
- Ensuring and providing quality service to internal and external customers.
- Support and prepare the administration in relation to warranty failures.
- Continuous improvement of technical know-how, language skills and software understanding.
- Proficiency in French and English language,
- Good communication and planning skills, as well as customer orientation,
- Tech savvy mindset.
- SAP or other ERP system experience,
- Previous experience in customer service, customer facing role will be an asset,
- Knowledge of other language like German, Spanish or Italian.
