Performance Test Architect

Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

✨ The Technical Quality Assurance Engineer in the position of Performance Test Architect is responsible for the measures of overall performance and capabilities of the currently tested system. Our challenges in the future are quite simple, we are growing, and we need to create and maintain a common standard within the organization. As this position is Senior, you will share your knowledge and act like a mentor to junior team members. 
✨ Responsibilities include creating automated non-functional test strategies, executing plans, and managing activities to ensure objectives are met. The role involves end-to-end performance testing of Rollins SAP R3 (and S4 shortly).

Main tasks:
  • Design, implement and maintain automated performance (load, stress and performance) tests for identified applications and systems.
  • Script and Code in LoadRunner and JMeter.
  • Provide direction and expertise in design and development.
  • Ensure quality of coded components by performing end to end testing and code reviews.
  • Analyze results and prepare test summary reports after execution.
  • Oversee and improve the overall quality of the automated test suite.
  • Support in defining coding standards for automated tests.
  • Provide test analysis, results analysis and reports.
  • Coordinate automated testing.
  • Provide technical support, acting mentor.
  • Provide knowledge transfers.

What You Need to Succeed

  • At least 1 year of 'hands-on' commercial experience with LoadRunner, jMeter and Jenkins / Azure DevOps Server.
  • Advanced English skills (min. B2)
  • Expertise in one of the programming languages e.g., VBA, C#, .NET, Python, Java, JavaScript.
  • Experience at working both independently and in a collaborative environment.
  • Good knowledge of client / server architecture and various compatibility requirements.
Nice to have:
  • Basic knowledge of UiPath or Robot Framework.
  • Experience in SAP.
