- Support of European internal and external customers on laboratory pH meters, low-end density and refractometers as well as low-end titrators (electrochemistry instruments) via telephone and email in French and English.
- Support of worldwide internal customers on the same articles via email in French and English.
- Tests of new products, improved hardware and software.
- Tests of existing products, hardware and software to evaluate quality issues.
- Creation and maintenance of helpful tools for customers (e.g. documents about measuring theory, applications or handling of a certain product).
- Proof-reading of pH Lab documents (manuals, brochures, etc.) in designated language(s).
- Collaboration with Market Support Group in Switzerland
- TAC (Technical Application Consultant) support for MOs (our commercial units).
- Educational background in natural sciences, ideally in chemistry or biotechnology 🔬🎓
- Previous experience in working in a scientific laboratory (professional or during studies) ⚗️
- Proficiency in communication in French and English (oral and written),
- Very good communication skills,
- Ability to work independently and continuously according to given processes,
- Knowledge of standard PC office software such as MS Office.
