Field Service Team Lead Oakland

Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

  • Providing on the job training & mentoring new hires while working onsite.
  • Train techs assigned to them in completing timecards, expense reports, and other monthly reports. Ensuring these reports are submitted in a timely manner.
  • Facilitate completion & timely submission of any assigned trainings by Field Service Technicians in the assigned territory.
  • Work with the Onsite Coordinator to ensure all equipment for team members is maintained and serviced in a timely manner.
  • Ensure Proficiency Testing Data for team members are completed & submitted on time.
  • Create Snow tickets whenever necessary to address any software or hardware related issues within the team.
  • Respond to daily work/service related questions from team members.

What You Need to Succeed

  • Must have a valid driver's license and good driving record.
  • Must have strong interpersonal and verbal (English) communication skills.
  • Must have good written communication skills, as there will be frequent email communication with customers and associates and daily completion of service reports.
  • Must have good mechanical aptitude and the ability to disassemble and reassemble small precision mechanical instruments.
  • Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
