Customer Support Specialist with Italian

Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

  • Providing support for OHAUS customers (our distributors) via phone and email.
  • Resolving customer's problems. 
  • Ensuring and providing quality service to internal and external clients.
  • Assisting customers with the order process and providing the most current shipping status on existing orders.

What You Need to Succeed

  • Excellent Italian language skills (C1).
  • Customer orientation and very good communication skills.
  • Very good organizational skills. 
  • Very good knowledge of English, as this is our business official language. 
Nice to have:
  • Knowledge of Spanish would be a great asset.
