PLM Project Manager

Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

Our Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) Solutions Team focuses on delivering cutting-edge PLM templates and processes to enhance productivity, growth, and customer experience.

As a Senior Project Manager in our team, you will be responsible for:
  • Leading and managing the entire lifecycle of PLM projects, from initiation to full delivery, encompassing end-to-end process design, user testing, training, and organizational change management.
  • Conducting comprehensive requirement analysis for intricate cross-functional initiatives and carrying out detailed interviews with various business units and users.
  • Prioritizing requirements and driving the conceptual design of potential PLM solutions, with support from process experts across different functional areas.
  • Developing and presenting Business Cases for proposed PLM solutions, facilitating senior management in the "go vs. no-go" decision-making process for project investments.
  • Regularly reporting project progress, risks, and issues to the Steering Committee and/or senior management.
  • Acting as a process advisor and cross-process consultant for the business and the PLM product teams throughout the entire project delivery cycle.

What You Need to Succeed

  • Extensive project management experience (minimum of 3 years), preferably in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM).
  • Strong problem-solving skills in multi-stakeholder environments.
  • Demonstrated leadership and teamwork skills with a customer focus and networking abilities.
  • Analytical, organized, and effective at prioritizing tasks and solving problems.
  • Critical thinking, decision-making, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Project management certification (PMI, IPMA, Prince2, etc.) is a plus.
