Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
• Installing, configuring and optimizing high precision instruments.
• Perform routine maintenance, service, and calibrations of weighing equipment and analytical instruments.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues accurately and efficiently.
• Provide advice and technical support to our customers in various industries.
• Communicate effectively with customers to explain technical issues and solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends with METTLER TOLEDO technologies.
• Ensure our customers can rely on them with regular calibration, maintenance and repairs.
• Integrating these instruments and their data software into our customers' IT systems
• Cooperating in an interdisciplinary team within METTLER TOLEDO
What You Need to Succeed
• Possession of a diploma/certificate in electronics or mechanics
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Flexibility and availability to travel
• Demonstrable experience of office and technical software (MS Word and Excel)
• Valid Driver's Licence essential & willingness to travel within a defined geographical area.
• Strong customer focus, we want you to be our customers' trusted advisor
• Relevant technical training (electrical engineering, mechatronics or software), ideally with an official Technical Certification – but if you bring the right attitude, we are also happy to give career starters a chance!
• Good application and network skills (ideally also knowledge in Windows based applications)
