Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

With us, you will have the chance to work within a dynamic Requirement Engineering Team, including requirements engineers, usability experts and technical documentation.

The team is the main interface between the marketing, software development and testing teams. The requirements engineering team conducts a range of activities covering: investigation of customer needs, analysis of requirements, documentation of requirements and ensuring the software is developed in accordance with the specifications.

Your responsibilities: 
  • Full engagement in the product development life cycle and requirements elicitation, spanning from project inception through to product release.
  • Negotiation with the marketing and software development teams.
  • Documentation and requirements management.
  • Review and sign-off of requirements during software development.
  • Support for worldwide product launches and internal training sessions.
  • Communication with customers (sometimes Customer visits) around the world for requirements gathering, validation and beta testing.

What You Need to Succeed

  • At least 1 year of experience as a Business Analyst or Requirements Engineer. 
  • Basic knowledge of IT environment related to hardware or software is a must.
  • Fluent English (both written and spoken).
  • Understanding of technical software solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiations and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of SCRUM methodology (Sprints, User Stories, Roles, etc.).
  • Good understanding of principal key aspects in requirement engineering phases.
  • Analytical thinking, problem-solving and very good organizational skills.
  • Confidence in presenting complex topics to a wide audience.
  • Previous experience as a service technician or tester will be an asset.
  • Willingness to traveling (after pandemic).
