Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

Responsibilities: Schedule and manage complex projects related to manufacturing facility establishment, integration of the operation into corporate organization, and other operational projects. Manage selected strategic operations projects through implementation requiring intense focus outside day-to-day management of the business and may include: plant design, building improvement construction, and other facilities projects, including coordination of plant facilities move, integration of group supply chain and/or manufacturing projects, ERP implementation and integration into distribution centers and networks, vendor sourcing projects, and manufacturing in-sourcing projects. Travel (US, Mexico, Europe) 50-80%

What You Need to Succeed

Basic Qualifications: At least a bachelor’s degree (or foreign educational equivalent) in business operations (engineering, manufacturing, purchasing) or business administration, plus three years of experience working within operations environment, specifically in engineering, project management, supply chain, purchasing/procurement; two years project management experience in supply chain, procurement or general project management with projects of similar size, scope, and complexity.  Experience must have included: designing, modifying and improving strategic systems; negotiating solutions with internal and external stakeholders efficiently, objectively, and results oriented; reporting and controlling with necessary tools (e.g., Microsoft PowerPoint and SharePoint) to middle and senior level management; working in a project based environment and leading projects, specifically in the supply chain and purchasing areas; using advanced Microsoft Excel to drive reporting and identify trends and opportunities; SAP: supply chain and material master modules, including participation in roll-ins and leading module enhancements; leading and participating in global supply chain and purchasing trainings.
