Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

Key Purpose of the Role:
  • Manage the marketing team including Telemarketers to generate leads to the sales funnel through marketing plan execution and leveraging on a high quality database

Strategic Outcome:
  • Work closely with business owners to develop and execute annual marketing plan
  • Ensure timely and quality execution of planned campaigns leading to high quality leads for the sales team
  • Expansion of Customer Database for targeted segments by regions
  • Team development

Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Planning
  • Drive the creation of the local plan, working together as a team, involving sales. Define parameters, campaign elements: conceptualization and upfront estimation of KPIs
  • Conceptualization, decision making, planning and organization of qualified customer database for targeted segments

Database Management
  • Passionately drives constant improvement in the CRM databases
  • Define periodical and ad-hoc processes to maintain and improve data quality
  • Precision data analysis of large data, working with databases and Excel

Email Marketing
  • Target the right contacts with engaging content at the right time
  • Sending to smaller micro-segments (data mining) increasingly differentiated emails, tweaking messages based on performance, avoiding spam

Leads Management/Nurturing
  • Creators and enforcers of fast and flexible distribution processes for leads within the organization
  • Creating and leveraging nurturing programs for cold leads
  • Experts in opportunities offered by new marketing platform
  • Conceptualize the buying cycle of customers but pragmatic in adapting to the local resources

KPI's/Data Analysis
  • Apply strong analytical skills to correctly interpret campaigns results across different media, considering the cycle end-to-end from lead to order, communicating meaningful results
  • Turn data into intelligence into actions

  • Degree in any discipline preferably in Business Management, Marketing or related field
  • Able to read and communicate in English fluently
  • Knowledge of CRM tools and manufacturing Industries (eg F&B, Pharmaceutical, Chemical) and B2B Marketing
  • Basic understanding and appreciation of products and applications in above mentioned industries
  • Minimum 8 years working experience in a marketing Environment with sound experience in customer database expansion, telemarketing and execution of marketing campaigns (email and mailers)
  • Strong interpersonal skills and influencing ability

  • Proven experience in a similar role in a manufacturing industry

  • Concise and effective email writing skills
  • Adept to manufacturing market trends and buying behaviour
