Customer Service Representative

Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

In this role, you would become the principal contact for customer and sales agency communications regarding parts, pricing, orders, deliveries, services, product information and other inquiries. You will speak with internal and external customers daily while also supporting the company's front desk operations. Other responsibilities would include:

  • Communicating with customers or sales agencies regarding parts availability, list pricing, shipment dates and tracking numbers coming from inbound calls.
  • Supporting billing administration.
  • Maintaining order entry and shipment/delivery accuracy in our system.
  • Proactively communicating to customers on overdue items.
  • Creating quotes through our CRM system and entering product and service orders.

What You Need to Succeed

  • 1-3 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with ability to learn quickly and respond accurately.
  • Able to resolve problems through interaction with other departments.
  • Able to handle steady volume of calls with professionalism and a positive attitude.
  • Computer data entry experience.
  • Minimum A.S. degree or Business certificate a plus
  • SAP order entry and CRM experience a plus
