Program Delivery Manager (f/m/d)

In our Software Development Center, we develop cloud-ready solutions. Our solutions are globally available and support multiple languages. To further expand our leadership role, we invest in our software solutions. That is why we are looking for a motivated Program Delivery Manager (f/m/d)

Here you are part of a large program across multiple business units and drive the solution forward in collaboration with the program management team and multiple project teams. This role is based in our global operational Headquarter in the proximity of Zürich (Nänikon-Greifensee).

In this role, you will: 
  • Lead, drive and coordinate all aspects of project planning, developing comprehensive project documentation, comprehensive risk and issue management and creative solutions.
  • Monitor and report benefits delivered
  • Support the identification and management of risks and issues, facilitate the reporting of mitigations and support the resolution of identified risks and issues
  • Drive the resolution of complex program and project related issues by analyzing, identifying, facilitating recommendations to achieve optimal solutions
  • Identify improvement opportunities to deliver impact. Improve the ways of working, foster a collaborative culture to overcome silos
  • Conduct research and analyses of operational effectiveness, processes, present findings, projections and recommended actions
  • Serve as trusted advisor for stakeholders and senior management on organizational performance, developing achievable goals and implementing processes that improve organizational effectiveness and build a sustainable competitive advantage. Ensure timely and adequate communication to enable organizational focus and effectiveness
  • Support the development of long-term business/organizational strategy. Understand business environment, business needs and customer brief, participate and contribute to defining business/organizational strategies, through problem solving methods

What You Need to Succeed

Your profile:
  • Bachelor or master degree in an engineering discipline 
  • Several years relevant work experience in leading multiple, large & complex (preferably) software projects and/or programs in a matrix organization
  • Highly collaborative and agile, able to facilitate team meetings and drive outcomes, generate impact and motivate the project teams
  • Outstanding strategic thinking, problem solving and analytics capability
  • Substantial knowledge and experience in achieving outcomes and delivering quality products based on underlying solid technical background, SW application and product development skills
  • Experience in working in a large industrial and matrix driven company that delivers B2B products
  • Able to drive change in the organization, as well as manage ambiguity and deliver under uncertainty
  • Networker with excellent interpersonal skills: Demonstrated ability to successfully consult, liaise and negotiate with key internal and external stakeholders at all levels and builds strong relationships
  • Fluent in English (oral and written) - German is a plus
