This role is a 12 month fixed term contract offering flexible hours and remote working.

Our products help leading scientist develop vaccines and lifesaving medicine globally and have been integral to laboratories conducting Covid testing and research and development in this area.

We are currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team.

What will you do?

  • Manage job adverts, post on a variety of platforms and keep track of job ad renewal dates.
  • Liaise with candidates, the HR team and hiring managers to schedule interviews via our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) "Avature". Interviews will be scheduled both via Microsoft teams and face to face.
  • Daily management of the ATS to ensure data is accurate and up to date.
  • Perform additional recruitment activities as and when required, such as pre-screening candidates, preparing shortlists on LinkedIn, sourcing candidates via CV databases.
  • Respond to queries from recruitment agencies and any other queries in relation to recruitment.
  • Provide input and administration support for ongoing process improvement projects (e.g. Hiring Manager training, Employer Branding projects).
  • Ensuring Hiring Managers are kept up to date with ongoing recruitment.
  • Arranging, supporting and attending Jobs Fairs, Assessment days as and when required.

What You Need to Succeed

What you will you bring?

  • Experience of working within a fast-paced recruitment/ talent acquisition department.
  • A resilient, driven and flexible approach.
  • Able to use own initiative and manage day to day recruitment queries internally and externally
  • You will have a growth mindset,- always on the lookout for new ways of working.
  • Able to influence and coach internally to ensure recruitment processes are adhered to and candidates are offered the best possible recruitment experience.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Show strong organisational, time planning and diary management skills.
  • Previous experience of using ATS systems on a daily basis.
  • Have a passion for D&I and able to influence change
