Supply Chain Improvement Specialist

Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

Our Supply Chain team is growing and we are looking for professionals that are eager to collaborate and make an immediate impact in our vast supply chain. If you are looking to join a global organization that offers room for professional growth, this role could be for you! Your responsibilities will include:

  • Proactively identify deficiencies in supply chain performance, engage key stakeholders in understanding and develop/drive short and long-term solutions.
  • Closely work together with business units to improve their respective supply chain processes while respecting the end-to-end performance.
  • Manage cross functional team projects that support the Global Supply Chain Strategy.
  • Develop, document and implement good practices for supply chain back-office processes.
  • Monitor, manage, maintain, and understand supply chain performance metrics, with a drive towards improvement, including inventory levels, on-time delivery, and lead-time
  • Improve back office operations and processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Measure and drive back office operational compliance and process adherence to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

What You Need to Succeed

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field is a requirement.
  • Experience in driving supply chain improvements through, Strategic Purchasing, Planning, Manufacturing and Logistics is required.  DDMRP experience desired.
  • Proven knowledge of SAP or equivalent system (Supply Chain functionality) is strongly preferred, with 3+ years of working experience. 
  • Superior communication (listening & speaking), collaboration and influencing skills
  • Easy to work with approach that can effectively partner with cross functional stakeholders and business units.
  • Strong Change Management, Project Management and Analytical skills
