- Timely and accurately processing customer orders by entering necessary data into SAP CRM.
- Coordinating inventory requirements with the supply chain department.
- Preparing accurate and timely quotes in SAP for custom and standard products based on customer requirements in support of the sales team.
- Maintaining customer files (paid invoices, closed sales orders, etc.)
- Initiating invoices for product and services in SAP and distributing to the customer.
- Following up with customers for return of product.
- Minimum high school diploma or GED.
- 1-3 years of experience in an administrative setting. Additional customer service experience is a plus.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Teams, and Excel.
- SAP knowledge is highly preferred.
