Customer Care Specialist

Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

As our Customer Care Specialist, you will be responsible for coordinating internal and external customer interactions in a professional manner to ensure customer satisfaction. This position will support the customer care and supply chain departments with administrative tasks, such as quoting, order entry, invoicing, and customer inventory coordination. Additional responsibilities will include: 
  • Timely and accurately processing customer orders by entering necessary data into SAP CRM. 
  • Coordinating inventory requirements with the supply chain department. 
  • Preparing accurate and timely quotes in SAP for custom and standard products based on customer requirements in support of the sales team. 
  • Maintaining customer files (paid invoices, closed sales orders, etc.) 
  • Initiating invoices for product and services in SAP and distributing to the customer. 
  • Following up with customers for return of product.

What You Need to Succeed

  • Minimum high school diploma or GED. 
  • 1-3 years of experience in an administrative setting. Additional customer service experience is a plus. 
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Teams, and Excel. 
  • SAP knowledge is highly preferred.
