Remote Market Manager Laboratory Instrumentation Solutions

Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

As part of a global international sales team you manage remotely sales from assigned international European markets by closely supporting our network of global selected partners from Europe, Africa, Middle East, Asia and Latin America. The support to partners includes any sales cycle needs: product information, best technical solution recommendation, pricing, quotes creation, among others) and follow up and support the partner’s among sales cycle needs. Your responsibilities include:
  • Review customer and partner requests for divisional product portfolio and specify technical solutions in line with requirements and best technical/cost alternative.
  • Manage pipeline and monitor progress status of each opportunity, ensuring timely follow up on flow business opportunities, reacting promptly to requests of partners as well as anticipating requests.
  • Maintain and regularly review pipeline of projects in the Company CRM.
  • Ensure correct technical solution and pricing is maintained for projects before they are entered as orders in our system
  • Monitor that partners maintain an adequate level of technical knowledge on products/solutions and coordinate appropriate trainings when necessary.
  • Distribute technical documentation and sales tools among partners, supporting them on usage and ensuring they support partners to improve sales process and increase conversion rates of opportunities.
  • Support lead generation activities, webinars, partner/customer presentations, lead qualification activities and customer facing project discussions.
  • Perform remote customer meetings (online/phone) together with the partner, support with remote e-demos, arrange for training sessions and coordinate other similar activities.

What You Need to Succeed

  • Education: Technical background in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biochemistry or similar.
  • Working Experiences: At least 2 years on a related remote (phone/online) sales/customer support role on a B2B environment with technical products/solutions. Additionally experiences on managing distributors/dealers is highly desirable.
  • Soft skills: Excellent presentation and communication skills, proactivity, highly involved and committed to find solutions to partners.
  • IT skills: Fluent on Microsoft Office
  • Language skills: Fluent in Spanish and English. Other language skills are highly valued (French, German, Arabic, others)
  • Place of Residence: Barcelona (Spain)
