Job Description
We are looking for a motivated service back-office support to assist our sales team with routine administrative functions. Service is an integral part in our business, we pride ourselves in providing unmatched best-in-class comprehensive services to help our customers realize the quality, precision, performance of our products over a long lifetime.
- Preparing and send quotation to customer in a timely manner
- Revise or change quotation details upon request from customer
- Maintaining and updating records in SAP CRM accurately
- Keeping track of the sales team’s communication with customers
- Support in following up sales lead and opportunities in SAP CRM for sales team
- Ability to communicate both internal and external customers at all levels
- RBO skills
- Support any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by manager
Requirements
· Some experience in commercial practice and sales admin experience
· Understanding in SAP CRM is a plus attribute
· Proficient in Microsoft Office
· Adaptable, multi-tasking, good organisational skills
· Ability to adapt to fast pace working environment
· A good team player
· Good command in English and Chinese
· ITE/ Diploma equivalents
