- Responsible to issue purchase order to intercompany supplying plant and external vendor.
- Responsible to monitor the shipment/material arrival and ensure timely delivery to customer.
- Work with forwarder on custom clearance of the import shipment.
- Notify/update stakeholder (salesperson/business/service) on the material lead time and arrival date.
- Quality notification (QN) raise to intercompany supplying plant if any problem with the material received/shortfall.
- Coordinate with intercompany supplying plant & customer on the drop shipment pickup arrangement and delivery.
- Ad-hoc task assignment related to supply chain management.
- To ensure the shipment delivery to customer on time and meeting business objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in SCM procurement / buyer role or in any industry experience in supply chain management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of supply chain principles and best practices.
- Proficiency in using SAP tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
