Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

  • As the stakeholder, mainly service oversea BUs to expand purchasing from LCCS side
  • Manage resource to ensure results meet KPI targets (OTD, MPI and DPPM)
  • Quick response and closely work with customers, other teams to solve product, quality issues
  • Take responsibility of material owner management, such as creation & extension, MDG maintain, TP setup
  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement activities
  • Collaboration with local/global cross-functional teams
  • Perform extra temporary or regular assignment accordingly 

What You Need to Succeed

  • Education Background: Bachelor or above degree in Mechanical Engineering or related major
  • Working seniority: 2+ years engineering experience, 3+ years experiences as sourcing engineer
  • Familiar with NPDI and ECM process 
  • Creative thinking and rich engineering experience
  • Open minded, proactive work attitude, strong willing to change and result driven manner
  • Strong communication and organizational skills: ability to work remotely and across cultures/time zones
  • Good command in both written and spoken English, good English presentation and demonstration skill
  • Be able to travel
