- Service contract administration
- Customer e-mail enquiries related to contract maintenance,
- Create agreed contract features relevant for appropriate services,
- Invoice of contract, ensure timely and accurate billing to customers,
- Cooperation with business partners in countries supported by the team,
- Ensure complete and timely electronic archiving all relevant documents,
- Prepare statistics and reports related to service administration.
- 2 years of experience in a simirar role (back - office, customer support, administration etc.),
- Very good knowledge of German and English (B2),
- Well-developed MS Office skills,
- Quick perception, excellent attention to detail,
