Key Responsibilities:

Sales Growth: Drive UK sales within a defined Strategic Business Unit (SBU) by targeting high potential accounts and opportunities.

Account Strategy Development: Gather in-depth account and market knowledge to develop effective account penetration strategies.

Sales Tools Utilization: Leverage provided sales tools, including SET and CRM, to maximize sales and marketing benefits.

Relationship Management: Develop and maintain successful business relationships with all prospects and customers in your designated geographical area.

What You Need to Succeed

General Background:
A strong foundation in Chemistry or Biochemistry is essential for understanding our products and the needs of our customers.

Educational Qualifications:
A minimum of a postgraduate degree in a relevant field is preferred.

Sales Experience:
Field sales experience within the laboratory market, particularly within the UK customer base.

Personal Attributes:
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, and confident in your abilities to drive sales and manage customer relationships.
  • Demonstrated interest and enthusiasm for the role, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and colleagues.
  • Valid UK driving license.
