- Process quotes efficiently in SAP, ensuring alignment with customer agreements.
- Handle customer inquiries regarding contract renewals.
- Collaborate with our diverse business partners across various countries, enhancing our global support.
- Deliver top-notch service every day while meeting our KPIs.
- Maintain organized and timely electronic archives for all relevant documents.
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent English skills (C1) and good French skills (B2).
- Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems is a plus 💻.
