Job Description:
• Stay informed about new developments in the field, including the use of avatars for video production,
and explore their potential for enhancing our projects.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
• Prepare files for printing and digital distribution, ensuring quality and consistency across all formats.
• Stay updated on industry trends and software advancements to enhance design capabilities.

• Maintain an organized archive of design files and assets on MarCom’s SharePoint server for easy retrieval and updates.
Minimum Qualification / Requirements:
• Experience using a variety of video creation software including Adobe Premier or After effects,
experience in creating video for social media platforms.
• Experience in Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Experience of using AI tools, Basic knowledge and understand of HTML coding; film directing
• At least 3-5 years of hands-on experience
• Bachelor’s degree in art/design/creative multimedia/advertising media/digital visual communications or
equivalent
