Compliance Coordinator

Our Opening and Your Responsibilities


The Compliance Coordinator assists in the implementation and operation of our global Ethics & Compliance, and global Data Privacy programs by coordinating: training development; policy revisions; translations; third party due diligence reporting and support; program monitoring; and compliance risk assessments. The Compliance Coordinator may also be asked to assist with special projects and respond to unit requests for support. 

Job duties:
  • Coordinate with our compliance vendors, including third party due diligence, training development, and translation providers.
  • Help efficiently design, distribute, and operate surveys, tests, and other tools to achieve programs goals.
  • Oversee the translation of relevant program policies, trainings, and other documents.
  • Help design, develop, maintain, and implement program tools, including eLearnings, guidance documents, and other tools on compliance topics. 
  • Assist in the implementation and monitoring of the Ethics & Compliance, and Data Privacy programs in compliance with internal guidelines and applicable related laws and regulations.
  • Raise awareness, promote good practices, and identify improvement opportunities to existing operations and practices.
  • Communicate with internal stakeholders, Compliance and Data Protection Champions, local units, and group departments on compliance and privacy-related matters.
  • Other duties that may be assigned by the Head of Group Compliance from time to time.

What You Need to Succeed


Necessary skills:
  • Clear and fluent English communication, verbal and written. Knowledge of other languages can be a plus.
  • Proficient with software applications like Microsoft Office. Experience with compliance or data privacy management tools (Navex, Diligent, Onetrust) and data analysis tools is a plus. 
  • Project management.
  • Excellent organization, time management, and priority management skills.
  • Have the ability to think analytically and innovatively, capable of analyzing compliance operations and data, and drawing conclusions valuable for the organization, including process improvement.
  • Efficient communication and relationship building within a multicultural and international work environment.
  • Ability to inspire and guide others effectively. 
Education and/or experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree with relevant education and/or experience in fields such as compliance, social sciences or legal, administration, due diligence, data privacy, or a closely related field. 
  • Experience assisting in the operation of a global corporate compliance program or a similar complex, global program.
  • Experience managing projects.
  • Have experience in a role that involves the management of risks.
