- Develop a high level of technical expertise in regards to the applicable business area’s service offerings. Understand and be able to effectively communicate the service solutions we offer that will best fit the customer's business needs
- Proactively employing professional selling skills in the pursuit of new service business, and accurately managing and recording data generated from these efforts
- Qualify Service Sales leads by assessing need, budget, and buying authority
- Manage all outbound calls, activities, and sales transactions in CRM on a daily basis
- Provide complete solutions and collaborate with the field when necessary, for service inquiries
- Work in coordination with field sales representatives as well as any service support team within the organization to obtain problem resolution and resolve customer issues
- A diploma/bachelor’s degree in a Science or Engineering background is preferred
- Two to three years of any combination of customer service, sales, or marketing related experience; outbound call center experience and telesales skills training are desirable
- Must be a bilingual in English and French
- Must be legally entitled to work in Canada
