- You develop market requirements by identifying customer needs, defining the product vision, and formulating the assortment strategy; you are responsible for the positioning of the products.
- You ensure continuous product development and innovation for the comprehensive O2 system and CO2 sensor portfolios; you define use cases and value propositions for new products.
- You prepare specifications for new products and work closely with the Research & Development department to determine technical specifications; you manage commercial project aspects.
- You plan and implement global market launches of new products.
- You are responsible for the maintenance and development of the assigned assortment, including phase-in and phase-out processes, growth, and quality; you communicate corresponding changes to the market.
- You develop creative marketing and sales materials for product launches and for the promotion of existing products in cooperation with the marketing department.
- You support the sales staff in national subsidiaries with new product launches, trainings, events, and customer education.
- You hold a Bachelor’s/ Master’s (FH/University) in biotechnology, natural science or related field
- You have at least 3 years of experience in an international company and possess knowledge of product management for technical products.
- You have a strong sense of business opportunities and entrepreneurial thinking, combined with excellent marketing skills focused on customer benefits, value mapping, and value selling.
- You are familiar with the application of sensors in the pharmaceutical industry and biotechnology.
- You demonstrate very good networking skills in an international environment and communicate confidently with market organizations and customers, both verbally and in writing.
- You are highly self-motivated, with a conceptual mindset, proactive approach, and strong planning and organizational abilities.
- You have very good, business-fluent written and spoken communication skills in English and German.
- You are willing to travel worldwide up to 20% of the time.
