- Further develop and implement robust talent assessment methodologies and practices to identify high-potential employees and evaluate leadership competencies across the organization
- Utilize a range of assessment tools, including psychometric assessments, 360-degree feedback, and performance evaluations, to inform talent and leadership development strategies
- Evaluate and further develop our current approach to Performance and Talent Management
- Design, implement, and evaluate leadership development programs, focusing on enhancing leadership skills and competencies on al company levels
- Incorporate a variety of instructional methods, such as workshops, classroom training (face to face and virtual), e-learning modules, as well as coaching and mentoring, to cater to diverse learning styles and needs
- Facilitate experiential learning opportunities that simulate real-world challenges and foster leadership growth
- Foster a culture of feedback and self-awareness among leaders to promote personal and professional growth
- Measure the effectiveness of talent management and leadership development initiatives using key performance indicators and participant feedback
- Continuously improve programs and processes based on evaluation results and emerging trends in leadership and organizational development
- Partner with HR and senior leadership to ensure that talent assessment, performance management and leadership development initiatives are aligned with the organization’s strategic goals and workforce planning
- Stay up to date with industry trends and research in talent management, leadership and organizational development to ensure the organization’s practices are innovative and effective
- You have a master’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Organizational Development, or a related field
- You bring at least 10 years of experience in talent management, leadership development, and organizational development in an international, multi-cultural environment
- You have strong knowledge of assessment tools, leadership theories, and best practices in organizational development
- Proven experience designing and delivering effective learning programs and initiatives with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- You have advanced knowledge of adult learning concepts, educational design and needs assessment methodology with strong organizational and project management skills
- Sound experience with digital & virtual learning methodologies is an advantage (eLearning, virtual classroom, learning videos, etc.)
- You bring analytical, interpersonal, and proficient communication skills in English with good knowledge in German
- International business travel of approx. 30% is required
