- Troubleshoot and assess each product for damage or malfunction in a timely manner and, as applicable, implement the most cost-effective repair or scrap the product.
- Performing installs nationwide based on business needs, which may require travel by plane.
- Perform preventative maintenance and calibration on equipment as required.
- Complete accurate records on time.
- Provide team members and field technicians with technical assistance as needed.
- Assist with receiving, packing, and shipping duties as necessary.
- Comply with ISO standards and maintain proper parts inventory levels.
- Customer service experience is preferred. Associate's degree (AA) with a technical major or equivalent from a two-year College preferred, or related job experience, and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 1-2 years hands on mechanical experience in relevant field including electro mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, or skilled trade crafts.
- Ability to use various test related equipment, including but not limited to: PC, multi-meter, logic probe, oscilloscope, scales, calibration equipment, and measurement devices
- Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pound
- This position is considered safety sensitive and is subject to drug testing permitted by law.
- Position will require around 10% - 15% overnight travel based on business needs.
