- Collaborate with the region’s sales team to identify new service accounts and support growth with existing customers.
- Create, plan, and implement service growth strategies in partnership with sales representatives to achieve qualitative and quantitative targets.
- Provide training and coaching to sales teams on technical service selling skills, sales planning, negotiation, and customer segment expertise.
- Establish and maintain long-term relationships with key customers and decision-makers by understanding their requirements and regulations.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing and resolving issues promptly.
- Partner with service operations and cross-functional teams to align and drive service strategies.
- Monitor and report on service renewals to meet regional targets; provide escalation support when necessary.
- Support customer needs analysis and contribute to the development of Rainin solutions proposals.
- Drive customer engagement in collaboration with Sales through business reviews to optimize customer experience and revenue.
- Work with sales management to develop and report on the service pipeline ensuring alignment with resource capacity.
- Travel to customer sites as needed (up to 50%).
- Ability to influence outcomes without direct personal tactical responsibility
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences related discipline preferred
