Service Contracts Coordinator

Are you organised, customer-focused and great at building relationships over the phone and email?

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Service Contract Coordinator to join our friendly Service Contracts team.

About the role

You’ll play a key part in keeping our customers happy by making sure their service contracts and pipette calibration agreements are renewed on time, queries are handled swiftly, and every interaction reflects the high level of service METTLER TOLEDO is known for.       

  • Proactively contact customers to renew monthly service contracts (target-driven)
  • Create and send pipette calibration quotations within agreed timescales
  • Respond quickly and professionally to customer leads and enquiries
  • Process contract amendments accurately and efficiently
  • Make regular outbound calls to existing customers 
  • Keep the team inbox clear 
  • Support the field sales team and help colleagues to hit team targets

What You Need to Succeed

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong customer service ethos – you genuinely enjoys helping people
  • Comfortable working to targets and SLAs in a fast-paced environment
  • Great attention to detail and accuracy
  • Confident user of Outlook and Excel
  • Proactive, resourceful and able to prioritise under pressure
  • Team player who’s happy to support others when needed
Previous experience in contract administration, customer service or inside sales is advantageous but not essential – full training will be given.
