Global Pricing Operations - Junior Associate / Associate

Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

  • Ensure that stakeholder deliverables are completed within the agreed turnaround time (TAT).
  • Coordinate with the Global Pricing Shared Services Manager to support MT pricing operations and strategy execution.
  • Analyze ambiguous data and issues to determine the necessary courses of action.
  • Translate business requests into task requirements and delegate them to the Shared Service Team for timely completion.
  • Prioritize tasks to distinguish between business-critical activities and routine or mass updates.
  • Coordinate the timing and optimize the execution of mass pricing record updates as needed.
  • Perform daily maintenance of price records for custom product quotes and orders (ETO/NSMTO).
  • Ensure consistent and accurate implementation of SAP/Vendavo pricing records in alignment with global pricing policies.
  • Coordinate the loading of annual price increases and discount updates in CSS according to MT timelines for products and services.
  • Set up MT promotion campaign discounts for MT Global units.
  • Maintain appropriate process documentation and controls to support internal and external audit inquiries.
  • Support ad hoc pricing requests as they arise.
  • Assist with data provision to resolve errors or ticket issues.
  • Maintain miscellaneous price conditions in ECC (SAP), such as return fees and minimum order requirements.

What You Need to Succeed

  • Strong data analysis skills with advanced proficiency in Excel.
  • Intermediate knowledge of SAP ERP, preferably ECC 6.0.
  • Ability to review and analyze large volumes of data and effectively communicate insights to management in a quantifiable manner.
  • Proven skills in process improvement and creation.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive "can-do" attitude, strong problem-solving abilities, and capability to translate issues into actionable tasks for the CSS team.
  • Quickly grasps, understands, and prioritizes business requests.
  • Excellent communication skills, including verbal, written, and presentation abilities, with fluency in English (both written and spoken).
  • Holds a bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines within a multicultural environment.
