- Full responsibility for monthly VAT declarations and JPK filings,
- Support the Chief Accountant with monthly CIT calculations and annual CIT returns,
- Manage processes related to the National e-Invoicing System (KSeF), JPK_CIT, and JPK_ST,
- Assist in daily accounting operations and month-end/year-end closings,
- Perform accounting tasks using SAP,
- Ensure compliance with Polish tax laws and US GAAP reporting standards,
- Support accounting processes across Poland and Central European countries (MEC),
- Aid in preparing financial statements and tax declarations (CIT, WHT, TP, MDR, IFT-2R),
- Prepare reports for the Central Statistical Office (GUS) and the National Bank of Poland (NBP),
- Develop and update accounting procedures.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in Polish accounting, preferably in a managerial or independent position,
- Strong knowledge of Polish tax regulations (VAT, CIT, Accounting Act),
- Proficiency in SAP is preferred,
- Good command of Polish and English (written and spoken) for business communication,
- Higher education degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics,
- Proactive mindset with strong attention to detail.
