- Respond promptly to voicemails and emails.
- Organize service inboxes and create service orders.
- Collaborate with service managers and team members.
- Document all customer interactions in CRM.
- Support special projects as needed.
- Skills & Qualifications:
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and take initiative.
- Proactive in resolving process breakdowns.
- Ability to work well in a dynamic, team-based environment.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Prior customer service and office experience preferred.
