- Perform installation, calibration, preventive maintenance, and repair of process analytics equipment.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting to customers both onsite and remotely.
- Document service activities and maintain accurate service records.
- Identify service opportunities and collaborate with Service Sales and other departments.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and provide accurate daily reporting while adapting to dynamic work conditions.
- Diploma in Electronic or Instruments Engineering or equivalents.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in field service with demonstrated ability to perform technical service duties including installation, calibration, preventive maintenance, and repair.
- Strong technical skills with a good understanding of electronics and online analytical instruments (e.g., TOC, pH/ORP, conductivity, liquid/gas analyzers).
- Good communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficient in process control fundamentals, signals (4–20 mA, HART, Modbus), instrument-to-control-system integration, and setpoint/signal troubleshooting is a plus.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and standards is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to customer locations.
