- End-to-end video production, from ideation and scripting to filming, editing, and final delivery across digital channels.
- Operate and set up professional video equipment, including cameras, lighting, sound, and studio or on-location environments.
- Set up, manage, and troubleshoot webinar environments, including live sessions, technical equipment, and real-time support (e.g. cables, streaming, video setup).
- Develop compelling storytelling concepts and continuously suggest creative improvements to enhance content quality and engagement.
- Edit high-quality video content aligned with brand guidelines and current digital trends.
- Proactively drive collaboration with Product Managers, Marketing, and other stakeholders, actively following up to ensure projects progress without delays.
- Manage content publishing across platforms such as YouTube and internal systems, ensuring quality, consistency, and timely delivery.
- Continuously improve multimedia output through performance analysis and by adopting new technologies, including AI-driven tools.
- Proven experience in video production, including scripting, filming, editing, and post-production.
- Strong technical expertise with video equipment (camera, lighting, audio) and confidence in handling live setups and troubleshooting under pressure.
- Experience in webinar production, including hands-on technical setup and real-time problem solving during live sessions.
- Solid knowledge of video editing tools (e.g. Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, After Effects) and ideally animation (2D/3D) and colour grading.
- Strong storytelling skills and ability to translate complex ideas into engaging visual content.
- Proactive, hands-on mindset with the confidence to communicate, follow up, and drive collaboration across stakeholders.
- Comfortable working in dynamic environments, not afraid of technology, live situations, or taking ownership.
- Fluent in English, with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects independently.
