Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Data Science Engineer (Data Analyst) to support management strategies and business initiatives through data analysis and reporting. The role serves as the local specialist for our core data platforms and is responsible for transforming raw data from enterprise systems into actionable insights, while driving the adoption of automation and AI to improve efficiency across reporting and operational workflows.

Responsibilities:
  • Act as the local specialist on data mining and data analysis to support management strategies and initiatives.
  • Serve as the local specialist for SAP BI Reports and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).
  • Serve as the local specialist for Vendavo pricing data analysis.
  • Create and maintain local reports to support KPI tracking and performance monitoring.
  • Develop and support local applications to increase automation using the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (e.g., Excel, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
AI & Automation:
  • AI-Driven Data Analysis: Apply Generative AI / Agentic AI tools to support data analysis, documentation, automation, and workflow improvement.
  • Process Automation: Identify opportunities to automate manual workflows and reporting processes, reducing repetitive effort and turnaround time.
Qualifications Required:
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in data analysis, data mining, and business reporting.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools, especially Excel; experience with Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with Generative AI / Agentic AI tools for analysis and productivity is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Good command of English (written and spoken) for working with regional/global teams and systems.
Nice to Have:
  • Hands-on experience with SAP BI Reports / SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).
  • Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
