- Service contracts administration
- Effective quote processing in SAP based on the agreement with the customer
- Customer e-mail enquiries related to contract renewal
- Cooperation with business partners in countries supported by the team
- Securing high quality and professional day to day service activities within agreed KPI's
- Ensure complete and timely electronic archiving for all relevant documents
- 2-3 years' professional experience in similar backoffice positions
- Strong English language skills-written and spoken (B2 +)
- Strong MS Office skills
- Sharp awareness and the ability to quickly understand complex situations
- Excellent attention to detail
- Exceptional people skills and effective communication
- High customer orientation and focus on service quality and timeliness
- Ability to work according to clearly defined rules
- Knowledge of SAP or other ERP system (would be an asset)
