Service Administration Specialist (f/m/d)

In this role you will manage contract renewals, process quotes in SAP, and collaborate with international partners.

Your Responsibilities: 
  • Service contracts administration
  • Effective quote processing in SAP based on the agreement with the customer
  • Customer e-mail enquiries related to contract renewal
  • Cooperation with business partners in countries supported by the team
  • Securing high quality and professional day to day service activities within agreed KPI's
  • Ensure complete and timely electronic archiving for all relevant documents

What You Need to Succeed

  • 2-3 years' professional experience in similar backoffice positions 
  • Strong English language skills-written and spoken (B2 +)
  • Strong MS Office skills
  • Sharp awareness and the ability to quickly understand complex situations
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Exceptional people skills and effective communication
  • High customer orientation and focus on service quality and timeliness
  • Ability to work according to clearly defined rules
  • Knowledge of SAP or other ERP system (would be an asset)

The recruitment process consists of the following steps:
  • CV selection – we contact selected candidates
  • Phone screening with a recruiter (approx. 15 min)
  • Initial interview with the Manager or Technical Expert (video conference, approx. 1 hour) and the decision.
