- Write software requirements specifications for NPI projects or platforms.
- Design or cooperate with the Senior advanced engineer about the architecture of NPDI or platform.
- Continuous to improve the process, methods, and tools to make NPI project agile.
- Provide new ideas and do pre-study for NPDI to evaluate new technology and process to improve the core competencies.
- Coach other engineers and provide technical support or cross-unit cooperation to improve the influence in MT-China and MT-Global.
- Fix quality cases, and improve live product qualities.
- Education
- Bachelor or above, Automation, Computer Science or similar education background (MUST)
- Professional skill
- Good English oral and written communication skills (MUST)
- Excellent team spirit and hardworking attitude (MUST)
- At least 2 years of intensive experience writing industrial software in C/C++ (MUST)
- Full experience in software engineering scope, such as Configuration Management, Continuous Integration, Auto-Test framework (MUST)
- Experience in developing with embedded operation system such as ucOS, embOS, FreeRTOS, Windows 10 IoT Core and RT Linux (MUST)
- Experience in software project management. (MUST)
- Experience in system engineering or as a system engineer (PLUS)
- Experience in agile software development processes (Scrum Master is perfect) (PLUS)
- Experience in Hardware design (Schematic diagram, Layout) (PLUS)
- Experience in weighing software design (PLUS)
- Experience in Web base application development (PLUS)
