- Contacting customers regarding the overdue invoices in English (mostly by e-mail) đź’».
- Working on the ageing list in Excel.
- Monitoring customers’ orders, credit limits, payment terms and risk factors.
- Managing the generic mailbox.
- Reconciling balance sheet accounts from AR area đź“Š.
- Daily contact with different business areas and auditors.
- First experience in an international organization (eg. internship).
- Very good English (min. B2) language skills.
- Quick perception and excellent attention to detail.
- Basic Excel skills.
- Experience in Accounting in a Shared Service environment.
- Knowledge of SAP system.
